Where is the Tequila Fest Connecticut?

The Tequila Fest CT will take place at the Talcott Mountain Collective located at 140 Nod Road is Simsbury. Easily accessible from Albany Avenue Route 44.

How do I buy tickets?

Tickets may be purchased in advance on this website or by visiting Maximum Beverage West Hartford or Farmington. Tickets are also available at the door at an additional cost by cash or credit card.

Ticket prices

- Individual tickets may be purchased online for $69 each.

- Four-packs of tickets will also be sold at the reduced price of $65 each (total $260).

- VIP tickets are $149 and include a private rare and high-end tasting starting at 3:15pm (full admission is included in the VIP price.

Do you sell a Designated Driver ticket?

Yes Designated Driver tickets are available for $25. Patrons will be able to enjoy the food, non-alcoholic drinks, water and fun.

What does the regular ticket include?

Your ticket will include entry to the event and ability to sample 200+ different types of tequila and mezcal as well as craft cocktails and Mexican beer. Each guest will receive a voucher for a half dozen freshly shucked oyster or clams. Snacks will be provided and food will be available for purchase from food trucks. You will receive a complimentary tasting glass at the door to take home.

Special pricing from Maximum Beverage will be available for order the day of the event only.

Do I need to purchase additional vouchers or tickets to try the spirits?

Nope. Your ticket gets you access to sample all the tequila & spirits you want but drink responsibly!

Will there be food served?

Snacks will be provided by the Talcott Mountain Collective but trucks will be on hand for purchasing more food. Check back for more information about the complimentary food. A voucher will be given to each attendee for free oysters or clams.

Do I need to bring a glass?

Don't be silly! You will receive a complimentary tasting glass at the door along with your program and order sheet. Feel free to take the glass home to drink your tequila in the future!

 

Do you offer group rates?

Tell me about the VIP Tasting

The VIP Tasting is a private tasting that occurs one hour before the main event. VIP ticket holders will have the ability to sample some of the rarest and high-end tequilas in the world! VIP tickets are limited.

 

What will be sampled in the Main Tasting?

I definitely don't want to miss one of the tequilas I saw on the list. How will I know where it is being poured?

You will receive an program when you walk through the door or you can study and print your own here. All of the products we are sampling will be organized by table and each table at the event has a sign.

 

What will the raffle prizes be?

Charitable raffle items TBD

 

Will there be entertainment?

Yes, live Mariachi and other music will be performed to add to the festive mood!

 

Is there a dress code?

We will be situated on the back lawn under a tent. Casual attire is acceptable and flat shoes are encouraged. Jeans are allowed and suit jackets are not required. Please note the weather forecast when preparing for the event.

Will there be any non-alcoholic drinks?

Yes water, soda, and other non-alcoholic drinks will be provided.

Can I buy any product at the event?

While we cannot sell liquor at the event, ordering will be provided and fulfilled by Maximum Beverage by filling out an Order Form or visiting the Order Table. Orders will be available to pick up in store. Product will be priced at a discount the day of the event.

 

I'm a member of the press, are there any tickets reserved for me?

I purchased a ticket and can no longer attend, can I get my money back?

Unfortunately, because this is a fundraiser all sales are final. You have friends or family members who love a fun event though, ask one of them to take your ticket!

 

Where do I park?

Plenty of parking is available at the Collective. Carpooling is recommended. Lyft or Uber services are highly recommended. Consider putting together a group and hiring a service!

 

Are there any hotels nearby?

A number of hotels are available in Simsbury, Avon, Farmington, and West Hartford!
